They are especially recommended for wines made from gooseberries, pears, apricots, strawberries, cereals, hawthorn, apples, rose hips, white and black grapes, rhubarb, raisins, cherries, cherries, raspberries, green and black plums, chokeberry, black, white and red currants, blueberries, blackberries, elderberries.

Active dry yeast is very easy to use. A pack of 7 g is sufficient to prepare 10-35 L of kibble with a final alcohol content of up to 18%.

Instructions
Mix the contents of the sachet with 100 ml of boiled water cooled to 30°C, let it stand at room temperature for 20 minutes. After this time, pour the solution into a fermentation container or a balloon with the wine setting.

The use of Enovini® wine yeast means a fast and stable fermentation over a wide temperature range!

Ingredients:
Saccharomyces cerevisiae wine yeast, emulsifier: sorbitol monostearate.

NB!
For an optimal course of the fermentation process, it is recommended to add a nutrient solution: with vitamin B1, Kombi Vita.
Store in a dry place at room temperature. Product for oenology only, not for direct consumption.
