Enovini BIO is the first organic wine yeast packaged per unit on the market, intended for home winemakers. It is a product based on raw materials from organic farming.

The yeast is intended for the fermentation of white and red wines up to 16%. They are perfect for wines such as grapes, currants, chokeberries, cherries, apples and other fruits.

Enovini BIO is an active dried wine yeast that does not require prior multiplication (preparation of mother yeast), after adding to water and waiting 20 minutes, yeast can be added to the setting.

The product is very easy to use. A package of 7 g yeast is sufficient to prepare 25 L chunks.

Approved according to the applicable laws and regulations in the EU.

 
Instructions:

Mix the contents of the bag with 100 ml of boiled water and cool to 30°C. Let everything sit for 20 minutes and then pour into the balloon with the wine setting.
