  • For clarifying wines and juices - contains bentonite (negatively charged) with strong adsorption properties
  • Ideal for white and rosé wines - creates an easy-to-sip sediment
  • Efficient - A 10 g pack is sufficient to clarify up to 10 L of wine or juice
  • Easy to use - mix Klarowin in 100 ml of water, leave overnight and then add to wine or juice
  • Clear wine in a week - the effect is visible after about 7 days, in the form of sediment that falls to the bottom

Enjoy clear wine or fruit juice? Use Klarowin - an effective fining agent for wines and juices, especially for white and rosé wines. One package of 10 g is sufficient for 10 L of wine or juice and contains bentonite (negatively charged), which shows adsorption properties after swelling in water. In its structure, it binds various kinds of charged substances, mainly proteins, metal ions, causing them to settle at the bottom of the vessel. It slightly increases the alkalinity of the wine. The formed precipitate is slightly compacted and delicate, easy to filter.

Attention!
We only use the agent after the fermentation process is complete! Otherwise, the clearance process will not proceed properly and there will be no clotting effect.

House wine is not always clear so clarification may be needed. Unfortunately, we can never be completely sure whether we are dealing with opacities caused by positively charged particles (e.g. proteins) or negatively charged particles (e.g. polyphenols) or other compounds of organic origin. Before using a specific fining agent, it is worth taking samples from a small sample of wine (about 1 L). This enabled us to choose the right fine agent. The clearing process usually takes about a week. You should also remember not to overdose on clearing agents. With too large a dose, secondary cloudiness can occur or we change the color of our wine.

Usage:
Pour the correct portion of Klarowin into 100 ml of water and mix well. Leave the mixture prepared in this way overnight, stirring occasionally. After this time, pour the solution into the clear liquid. The effect should be visible in the form of sediment falling to the bottom after about a week.
