Even easier smoking - with a home smokehouse in a smoking pan you can now also prepare your favorite smoked meats indoors on gas stoves! Thanks to the tight, special hose you can easily discharge the smoke that is released during smoking outside the room where you are processing!
Thoughtful design - the smoke exhaust system is not everything! The stainless steel smoking chamber has two grids with hooks for hanging meat nets with the product up to approx. 1.3 kg of meat per 1 grid arm!
Accurate temperature measurement - a thermometer is placed in the supplied lid, so you can check the temperature during the preparation of the dish!
Easy to assemble and keep clean - the design of this special smoker pan allows for quick and easy disassembly and cleaning!

Thanks to the extremely tight construction and a hose that allows the evacuation of smoke generated during smoking, you can cook your favorite meats, cheeses and fish on a regular stove! You don't have to worry that the characteristic smell of smoking will fill your kitchen. All you have to do is connect the hose from the appliance to the extractor hood or stick it out of the window so that the smoke is dissipated and your dishes get a delicious aroma of smoked meat!

The tightness of the device is guaranteed by a gasket specially adapted to the lid.

The smokehouse is made of stainless steel approved for food contact.

The internal elements of the smokehouse are easy to disassemble, making it very easy to keep clean.

Two grids, which the device is equipped with, ensure that you can smoke meat, fish and cheese at the same time. The grid is equipped with hooks for hanging meat nets - up to approx. 1.3 kg of meat per 1 grid arm - in order to be able to smoke them while hanging.

Thanks to a special container that collects the dripping fat, the bitter taste is removed from the prepared dishes.

An accurate thermometer placed in the lid makes it easier for you to check the temperature during the preparation of the dish.

The product is only intended for use on gas stoves.

Usage:

Remove the device cover (6). sprinkle the wood chips in the container (2) and place it on the bottom of the pot (1). Place the meat smoking grid (3) over the wood chip tray, place the drip tray (4) and the fish smoking grid (5) in the grid. Close with the lid and place the thermometer (7) and the air vent (8) inside. Place the hose (9) on the air vent.

Start smoking with the maximum amount of wood chips, approx. 60-80g, to prevent over-acidification of the dish.
