The optimum acidity of wine should be 6-10 g/l. A common method of reducing acidity is dilution with water, but this action reduces the quality of the wine, and the greater the addition of water, the greater the degree of loss of aromas and taste.

Treat yourself and other wine lovers to the perfect tasting experience. With Redukwas®, this is quick and easy. One sachet contains 15 g of Redukwas®, which can gently deacidify up to 20 L of must (wine).

How to use:

Dissolve Redukwas® in 100 ml of water, add it to the must (wine) and stir thoroughly. Decant the must after 24 hours.

Adding 6-7 g of Redukwas® to 10 litres of must (comparable to adding a whole sachet of Redukwas to 20 litres of must) will reduce the acidity by 1 g/l.

Caution: Make sure you do not exceed the recommended dosage.
