A pizza stone is a product that makes pizza or bread evenly baked and crispy. This allows you to reduce the baking time and significantly affect the taste of the dough. The material from which the stone is made is very durable, high-quality ceramic, very resistant to high temperatures and mechanical damage. You can be sure that it will last for many years when used according to the instructions.

Instructions:

• Place the stone in a cold oven and heat it gradually (about 1/2 - 1 hour before baking). The stone can be heated to a maximum temperature of 290°C.

• Place the prepared pizza on a hot stone - to do this, we recommend sliding it off the floured wooden spatula. The recommended pizza baking temperature is 190-240 ° C for about 7-12 minutes, depending on your preferences.

Attention! The stone heats up to high temperatures and direct contact with it can cause burns. Contact of the heated stone with frozen food can cause it to break.

• After baking, remove the pizza with a wooden spatula or slide it onto a plate.

• Leave the pizza stone in the oven until it has completely cooled down on its own.

• After cooling, carefully scrape off any residue or wash the stone under running water.

Washing and cleaning:

When using the pizza stone correctly, keeping it clean should not be a problem. A sufficiently high temperature prevents the dough from sticking to the stone, which saves time for any cleaning.

Remarks:

• Before first use, the stone should be washed under running water or wiped with a cloth.

• The stone must always be placed in a cold kiln and then heated up gradually (otherwise it will cause a thermal shock and damage the stone).

• Avoid thermal shock. Frozen food should not be placed on the hot stone. Hot stone should not be cooled with cold water, but should be cooled automatically.

• The pizza stone cannot be washed in the dishwasher.

• The use of cleaning agents for cleaning is not recommended.

• Discoloration of the stone during use is a natural process.
