Description
Yogurt starter is used to make yogurt from milk. Yoghurt is traditionally fermented food with bacterial cultures. Yoghurt with a yoghurt maker or thermos for fermentation at a constant temperature of 41 degrees for 6 to 8 hours. Make yogurt from cow's milk, goat's milk, sheep's milk or from vegetable milk. Bring 1 liter of milk slowly to the boil. Cool the milk to 41 degrees Celsius and add 1 sachet of yoghurt starter. Mix well. Ferment the milk for 5 to 8 hours in a thermos flask or yogurt maker. Put in the fridge and enjoy! 1 box contains 3 bags of 5 grams.
