Slivovitz, Slivovitz is a high percentage dry alcoholic drink made from the fermentation of specially selected plums. Turbo Slivovitz Distillery Yeast is made to ensure rapid fermentation of fruit sets. A specially selected blend of yeast, nutrients, vitamins and pectoenzyme is ideal for the fermentation of plums. With yeast, you can get up to 17-18% alcohol in 10-14 days, giving the settings a characteristic taste of homemade plum brandy. One package weighing 62 g is enough to prepare up to 25 L of chunks with only 5 kg of sugar! Its use is extremely easy and the effect will exceed your expectations!

Instructions:
Crush 14 kg of plums (preferably pitted). Prepare sugar syrup from 9L water and 5 kg sugar and pour it over the plums. After cooling to 25-30 ° C, pour the contents of the sachet and mix thoroughly. Set the fermentation for about 2 weeks and stir it every 2 days. For a higher alcohol percentage, add 1.5 kg of sugar after 5 days. Then filter the settings. We recommend the addition of Alco crystal to the finished slivovitz, which will enhance the fruit flavors.
