Ticked off tick spoon white

The most practical and safe way to remove a tick from humans and animals. With the Tekweg Tick Spoon (TICKED OFF ™) the tick is not squeezed as can be the case when using e.g. tweezers. It is important not to damage the tick when removing it, as otherwise infected material may get into the skin. The Teaspoon is designed to completely remove the entire tick with a simple sliding movement, without damaging it.

Use
Make sure the tick is easily accessible and place the wide part of the V-notch on the skin as close to the tick as possible.
With a light pressure on the skin, the Teaspoon is moved towards the tick so that the narrow part of the notch encloses the tick.

An even forward sliding motion removes the tick
Do not pry, turn or move upwards, only slide forward!
