Poultry plucker (large) NAT-54

This poultry plucking machine is specially designed for hobby poultry farmers.
Partly due to the dimensions of the drum, this machine is extremely suitable for smaller poultry, such as quail, pigeons and bantam chickens.
This machine is ideal for removing the feathers without damaging the skin. After the animal has been anesthetized and killed in a quick and most humane way, the animal is immersed after bleeding in warm water (60 to 80°) for about 5 minutes. After this you put the animal in the drum of the plucking machine and switch on the machine. The picking process takes between 15 to 30 seconds depending on the number and type of poultry. The size of the inside of the drum is important for a good picking result and there must be sufficient space. Its size makes it an ideal chicken plucking machine for the private chicken farmer.

Poultry plucking machine; motor body, gear motor, rotating disc, plucking drum with a feather discharge chute and chicken plucking fingers.

This patented model contains no intermediate elements such as disc or gear, so there are no problems with lubrication, belt breakage and loosening and thus has practically no cost under normal use and maintenance.

The absence of intermediate elements, the special arrangement of the picking fingers and the extra soft finger material reduce friction. While the electricity consumption drops to 50%, and the system works more quietly.

Heb er even op moeten wachten omdat hij nog niet leverbaar was maar ben nu blij dat ik heb gewacht. Fijne plukker en goede omschrijving en was eenvoudig zelf te monteren.
