Click on 'account' at the top and sign up for your account. Within 'My Sustainable life-style' you can easily change your data, your addresses or your password.
I have forgotten the password of my account.
When you click on 'Green doll' at the top right of the page and you do not know your password anymore, you can click on 'Forgot password?'. Enter your e-mail address and we will send you an e-mail to set a new password.
How do I change my password?
You change your password by logging in at the top right of the 'Green doll', then clicking 'My account' and then 'Change password'.
How do I change an address in my address book?
Log in, click on 'My account' and then 'My details'. Select the address you wish to change, adjust and click on the green button 'change personal data'.
How can i order from Sustianble life-style?
At Sustainble life style you can order 24/7 via our e-shop.
How can i find a product quickly on the website?
You can search for a product using the search box at the right :
Type in a search term or item number and click on 'Search'.
I can't find a product
Is it a product that you've found on the website before? If so, the product has probably been discontinued.
Can i change an order I've already made?

Can i order a product that is temporarily out of stock?
If you order via the webshop, you can order a product that is out of stock, but only if the delivery date is known. If the delivery date is not known, you can ask to be informed by e-mail when the product is back in stock. To do this, click on the e-mail icon next to the product on the product page.
Are the product in my shopping basket already reserved for me?
No, the products aren't finally reserved for you until you have completed your order and paid.
What should i do if, when it's delivered, my order contains the wrong items or is incomplete?
First of all, we would like to apologise for this. If you've not received all your packages, wait another day. The other package might arrive the next day. So that we can resolve this as quickly as possible, please report it to customer services within 48 hours:

Please give as detailed a description as possible of the wrongly delivered item, attaching a photo if possible.
Damage to the shipment? This is what you have to do
Unfortunately it sometimes happens: damage to a shipment. If you have received a damaged package, you must inform us immediately after receipt but no later than 24 hours. To solve everything as quickly as possible we would like to receive some photos of the damage.
5 photos, namely:
1 photo of the outer packaging with the shipping label visible.
1 picture of the inner packaging and the protective material.
Tip: make sure you have this. It is one of the conditions of PostNL.
3 photos of the articles. This means 1 photo of all articles together and 2 detailed photos.

Returns
At Natuurlijkerleven, ordered items are sent on sight for 10 working days (14 calendar days). The trial period starts on the day following the day of delivery. From the delivery you have 2 weeks to decide whether you want to keep your package or not. Only items that have been returned unused, in original, undamaged packaging and accompanied by the original invoice are considered as not ordered by us. The amount excluding shipping and delivery costs will then be refunded as soon as possible.

It is possible that your payment details are incorrect. In that case you will receive a cancellation by email from the customer service.
This order will also be automatically canceled by us in the event of a double order placement without payment.
