This 3-stage ceramic knife sharpener sharpens any smooth-bladed kitchen knife quickly and safely. Its design utilizes carbide plates and two pairs of zirconia ceramic rods of varying grades. This ensures comfortable sharpening and minimizes the risk of cuts. The ergonomic rubber handle provides stability and allows for precise sharpening.

The sharpener rests on the countertop and is held in place by your hand. To sharpen the knife, simply slide it into the slot in the carbide plate and move it toward you 3-5 times. The inserts are used for coarse pre-sharpening. Then, place the knife in the second slot with the ceramic rods and pull it 3-5 times. The ceramic rods are used to smooth the blade and keep it sharp longer. Finally, move the blade several times along the third slot with the ceramic rods.

With this 3-stage ceramic sharpener, you can sharpen any kitchen knife with a smooth blade. This model is not suitable for sharpening serrated knives.
