HOW TO MAKE NATURAL YOGURT
To make homemade yogurt, you'll need plant-based milk or drink (soy or coconut) and a lactic acid culture. We heat the milk to 43-44°C. We then dissolve the bacterial cultures in a small amount of milk at the same temperature and wait 20 minutes for the bacteria to activate. After this time, add them to the rest of the milk and mix gently. Milk prepared in this way, inoculated with bacteria, is set aside, tightly closed, in a warm place (for example, during the heating season we place it next to the radiator) - for several hours. After this time, place the finished yogurt in the refrigerator. The maximum retention period: from 3 to 5 days.
