Easily make delicious, creamy milk kefir at home! This carefully selected blend of freeze-dried lactic acid bacteria cultures allows you to prepare refreshing kefir in your own kitchen, without unnecessary additives, sweeteners or chemicals.
High quality: the blend contains carefully selected lactic acid bacteria, including probiotic strains. When stored correctly, the cultures remain active for a long time and retain their properties.
Natural composition: you decide what goes into your kefir. These cultures provide a simple basis for preparing homemade kefir and sour milk.
Very economical: use only 0.5–2 g of cultures per 10 litres of milk. One 5 g pack can therefore produce approximately 25–100 litres of kefir, depending on the dosage used.
Easy to prepare: use UHT or pasteurized milk, add the appropriate amount of cultures and mix thoroughly. Ferment at 25–30°C. After approximately 24 hours, your kefir is ready. By adjusting the fermentation time and temperature, you can influence the flavour, consistency and acidity according to your preference.
Also suitable for sour milk: these cultures can also be used to prepare sour, curdled milk.
Dosage
Approximately 0.5–2 g bacterial cultures + 10 litres of milk = approx. 10 litres of kefir.
