Description
Cheese mold for the manufacture of homemade cheese, mainly soft cheese and cottage cheese. When using this form you get a ball cheese.
Sturdy, made from durable material with (HCCP) approval for contact with food.
The mold can be used with our wooden cheese press (Art.nr.NAT-350), using two molds, including one for use as a lid. . The mold has openings through which the whey can run away, so that the whey no longer comes into contact with the cheese.
