The design of the press plate allows you to keep fruit or vegetables below the level of the water / juice, so that they are perfectly protected against the negative effects of air under the cap. The jars must be filled in such a way that the pressure rests on the cap after placement.
The press plates can also be used to perfectly separate different ingredients in the glass.

The press plate is adapted to pots with a cap diameter of 82 mm, and can also be cut to fit smaller pots with screw caps with a diameter of 66 mm.
