Erg handige pot om groenten in te fermenteren! De verzwaringsstenen houden de groenten onder het vloeistofoppervlak, en het waterslot in de deksel zorgt dat de geproduceerde CO2 kan ontsnappen terwijl binnendringen van fruitvliegses, stof, of andere indringers wordt tegengegaan.
In een glazen pot kan je zien hoe het met je groentes gaat, dat kan bij deze pot niet. Maar voor de groentes zelf is het natuurlijk wel goed dat ze in het donker staan te fermenteren.
