This butter model is made from native maple wood and is not treated with chemicals or oils. Maple Hardwood is very durable and well suited for kitchen items like this butterbur shape. Instructions:
Rinse the butter mold lukewarm before using it for the first time. Then keep under ice-cold water for one minute; so the butter can not melt and stick to the wood surface. Then pour enough spreadable butter into the mold to form a small mountain. After 30 seconds of refrigerated storage, press the butter on a platter or plate and carefully peel off the wooden mold. After use, the form is to be cleaned under lukewarm water without the addition of detergents.
